Hi, I posted this on the Integra forum, but since lots of people post, it got pushed way down...not sure if people will find it anymore, so I figured that I'd try it in the ITR folder.

Anyway, my Integra (which, btw is an ITR) has a factor foglight installed by Acura. The lens are broken from rocks (I'm assuming) hitting the foglight.

I'm thinking of doing one of the two:
1. Just put a 3M film that should protect the foglight from water, and possibly more danage.
2. Replace the foglight lens only and then put a 3M film.

I am not going to replace them with a new factory one because they cost $300~. But I tried calling few places but I cannot seem to locate a place that may only sell me the foglight lens.

Does anyone know of such place? Hopefully online, or some generic chain stores?

if it's just glass, you may be in luck with a glass specialist to make you a new lens. however, i have never seen a foglight lens upclose so it will be your judgement. my .02.

 

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Acura only sells the complete OEM foglight kit. they do not sell replacement lenses or anything. the full kit costs $220 and change from ahmotors.com

don't know if a glass shop could you cut you a new piece because it's curved. guess you could try a set of hella foglights which look to be the same size but considerably cheaper for a full set, around $50 and then try swapping the lens from that.
