How to fix ecu immoblizer in 2001 GSR

I have a 2000 civic LX and bought a USDM 2001 GSR complete swap. 2001 gsr euc has immobiler in it I got the ignition switch come with the ecu. But someone told me that the ignition switch from the gsr won't fit into the civic. Is that true or not? If it is, can I use a 99 integra ecu instead? Will I be able to pass the State Referee since I live in California? Need some help. Thanks
haha when you ask how to take or fix the immoblizer for 2001 ECU's people will think you are a theif.... you have two other ways either get an 99 GSR ecu but you will still need the harness from obd2b to obd2a or you can go chip with obd1 and jumper harness

Just pull the light bulb out and go to State Ref. afterwards put the light bulb back in.
