Default Homemade fuel pressure regulator? EL Vap approved!

I'm trying to find a thread if any one could help me it would be appreciated.

The thread was a write up about how to make a adjustable fuel pressure regulator out of a piece you get at a pet store, and fish tank hosing if I remember right. It allowed you about 10psi to play with.

I have searched and searched.

EL Vap allowed me to make this thread.

You know you can make a stock FPR adjustable. It's actually easier than you may think. It's as easy as drilling a hole on top and putting a threaded bolt and nut on top of the diaphram. It's on the web. I believe those B&M kits work on the same principle, except they give you a nice replacement shell.
