Default passing smog inspection

I have a friend with a 98 integra LS and she has an AEM V2 intake on it. She said she didnt pass the visual inspection when she tried to have it smogged because there was no C.A.R.B. sticker on her intake. I was wondering if its possible to just take the C.A.R.B. sticker off an original AEM intake and place it on the V2 to pass visual.

Depends on the smog shop. Some are more educated on aftermarket parts than others.

Very true, some won't even do it just to be jerks. I suggest you put the sticker on and take it to a few places.
