DO A GOD DAMN ******* SEARCH!!!!! This topic is covered almost every day. I'm so sick of new people always asking, what turbo is good. Or how much power I can make, or What will I run? If you don't know what you need, then you don't need boost.

i concur, its not that difficult. Just asking which turbo??? you obviously don't know a damn thing about what your talking about. Well, it depends on quite a few things. Figure them out yourself.

^^ I second that. when i was a nOOb, i read all i could and dug through every magazine article about turbos and FI until i had a clear understanding of it before i started asking questions. and compared to a lot of people on here, i'm still a NOOB!

It also states in the rules NOT to flame people out for not searching. It's in HUGE RED LETTERS - I'm surprised you didn't see it. . . Don't come down on this guy, he's new, sure he should search, but now he knows - he could have been told in a nicer way.

Please refrain from attacking people for not using the search feature, as you never know what discussion may arise from the new thread. This may be appropriate in some cases, but if all you can contribute to a thread is "do a search" DO NOT POST AT ALL. Try and be helpful to one another...if its a redundant post, then post a link to the answer or report it to us

What???! There was a point where I didn't know what I needed either - does that mean I shouldn't have put together a turbo kit. . . . how else is a guy supposed to learn.

Don't be such an ******* - you might make new friends.

I would also like to point out the fact that you are a hippocrate - here are some threads that IntegraBoy04 started once upon a time

Headers (headers huh?!. . . did you search?)

What would be a good turbo?

Which exhaust is better?

What should I get?

Integra 1.8L

What is a good strut bar?

There are many more - I don't have time to point out all the stupid **** you've posted on here. . . and I think I have made my point.

How can some of you be so unsupportive of people that share a common interest - you were in his position once upon a time! Everyone goes through what I like to call the ricer stage (some get stuck) but it's not fair to treat people like **** because they have less knowledge than you.

Maybe its just me, but I would think that its just plain COMMON SENSE to look for previously created threads on a topic that im looking to get info about. Thats all I did when I joined and wanted to know more about my honda. Turbocharging isnt a new concept. I would think that most people would have enough of a brain to assume that almost every aspect of turbocharging has been covered numerous times on a forum like this.

Its a redundant question, but as the rules say, instead of flaming the guy, just point it out to us and we'll handle it. No sense in telling people to search all the time.

And let's see some of you guys who say "search search search" offer some information to answer the guys question. If they are such "noobs" then why not help them out with some answers?

I would help, but it's just so annoying having answer the same questions all the time. I think that if you are new, you should not be able to post until you have at least 10hrs for research time so you don't have post stupid questions all the time.

or how about if its something that is so "annoying" to you that you just dont post on that topic then it wouldnt be such a big deal now would it. i mean come on maybe some one did search but still wasnt clear on something. i mean if it was me i wouldnt care who i pissed off if i wasnt sure about any minor detail on something as big as boosting then i would ask a question. so hows about if some one posts something pisses any one off what ever the topic is just DONT POST ON IT.

no offense to any one

Im not picking on you man, but I completely agree with the guy above and I just want people to see that so they stop jumping on peoples back.

1) Judging by you posts in the past I dont think you could answer the question completely from your own knowledge/experience

2) I haven't seen you answer a similar question at all, so I dont think its redundant or stupid.

Problem is, the question is basic, but 99% of the people who yell "do a search this is so dumb!" cant answer the question themselves...I just want to see those people actually answer the question properly if its so simple, rather than cause a problem over it.
