well i knew by this december i would have to smog, but i had no idea i was gonna get stuck with a test-only. i have a 91 accord with a 93 jdm h22. im not sure exactly what im missing but i know i dont have all the parts needed to make my car legal. im also running a straightpipe exhaust so i dont have a cat either.

please pm me, i need one badly. i know its gonna cost and thats fine... i just need this done.

You need to be sure PCV system, EGR system, and catalytic converter are working to pass an emissions test. Also your O2 sensor must be working correctly.
