Comptech Intake?!?
I am debating whether or not to buy a comptech intake.... it is worth it? bc a few ppl told me the only advantage that it really has is the sound when vtec hits... so i really do not know what to do.... do u guys like your comptech intakes? should i stay away from AEM??

the AEM CAI makes power, same goes with other filters on a stick running K&N air filters. Otherwise, intakes like exhausts on this car are more for aesthetics than performance unless you have some way to tune for fuel and spark.

the injen is similar, but not the same. They'll all be close enough for a filter on a stick.

differences are apparent by the filters being used. The trend shows K&N filters to flow better than the rest.

very true but in general the whp gain from intakes is about the same unless you have IHE + tuning
