well i was @ the local Hess gas station...and this guy walks up to me and says Nice CRX...i said thanks but still a work in progress....he offered to give to me his 1990 honda civic hatchback for free...i did not refuse....tonight after looking at the civic all it needs is a windshield...and motor work...(smokes oil like no other) so i picked up the car...i will post pics tomorrow to see what you think...no rust and im serious...its a 1 time thing

i kno it isnt stolen...all i have to do is fill out paperwork for lost title...well @ least the lady fills it out...then i take it to the DMV then i wait the 7-10 days for the title...and once u see it u will kno what i mean by once in a lifetime deal

its still @ the house....i will be able to bring it home as soon as i get the title for the lady so she can sign it over..i asked for the car and told her i would get the title but she said no cuz i could go rob a bank or something with her car and she would get blamed...damn old ladies

The dude got one heck of a deal.

I had a guy give me a car once. It was at an upholstery shop that the guy did work on..it was a '90 hatch with newly reupholstered Integra seats and the owner never came back to pick it up so the upholsterer said if I can get it away I can have it [apparently the car had been sitting there for about a year].

It didn't have an engine in the car, so I drug it home with my truck, got what I needed/wanted and then put the car out in the middle of the street in the middle of the night because I didn't want to deal with it. Excellent.

Then the cops came around and bitched me out because apparently I left scrape marks leading all the way back to my backyard. I pretty much pwn3d myself there, but they didn't do anything anyway. Just bitched at me and had it towed.

to free cars!!!!

Same thing happened to me at the junkyard. Guy walks up and says i have a 91 civic hatchback if you want but it had a brick thrown through the windshield. So i drive to this town 20 minutes from me and sure enough a civic std for free. He said he just wanted it out of his garage so he could have room to work on his truck.

 

dude you are so lucky! i wish that would happen to me. then again maybe not, because i can't afford myself at it is with my CRX...

i was lucky/unlucky to have recieved a free car myself. it's a 85 Honda CRX DX. I got lucky cause i've always wanted one. i'm unlucky cause I had to replace the engine and still gotta replace a ton of **** on it. GOOD LUCK!
