valve adjustment for gsr

i need the specs of what to adjust the valves back to in order to get rid of valve ticking, does anyone know what they are?

Factory spec for the B18C1/5 and B16A is:

Intake: 0.006"-0.007"
Exhaust: 0.007"-0.008"

Here's a link to a free Helms manual in .pdf form. Save it, download it, look up the valve adjustment section. This is the Honda bible! hehe! Just go down the list and look for the manual for you year...
