Has anybody put 19's or seen 19's on an EP3?
ive seen one on 18in chrome wheels and it doesnt look that bad but if u ask me 18's are 2 big and 19 are just 4 other cars not honda's
EP3's & DC5's need bigger wheels than the previous generations to look good. 15's just seem to look tiny on an Ep3, but are right at home on an EG...

Personally I'm not a big fan of huge rims, a la 18, 19, etc. Myself, I've got a set of 15's (JDM Type-Rs) with Skunk2 coils, fills out the wells real nicely (no low profiles either), but that's not on an EP3, and of course everybody likes something different. To each his own.

Very true, most Integras that come in with 17's seem like too much, but the RSX's and EP3's seem to fit just nicely.

i think it depends on the rim, more then anything. yes their are some eps with 19s some look good and other dont. one that comes off the top of my head is this one white ep, i belive it belongs to "nology wires" it has 19in konig heliums, it looks really good, and also if you go to http://www.ephatch.com and look on the members ride, their is a nicely modded ep with 19in blitz wheels, and looks great on it as well (belive its drftprojct *sn*)

well hope that answers your question.

Well here is a set of 18" RSG'Ts as I have on mine,

And a set of the same wheels in a 19"

It does depend on the wheel IMHO, also I do think if you go bigger, it does enable you to go for larger callipers and disks.
. I did have to lower the car however as with the larger rims the tyre profile was so low (35) that the wheels left a bigger arch gap!

18s or 19s on an ep3 or dc5 is way to big IMHO....i would still rather have 16s on the car. I dont know why you dumbass people try and put ****** 19s on a gotdamn civic. Not to talk **** but the bottom line: any size wheel that would hinder the performance of the car like for example 19s, i would never put on my ride. just stick with the oem size and i guarantee an ep3 slammed with some sick wheels like some works, mugens, ssr's, stc it will still look dope
I have 18's on mine and the rolling radius is actually smaller than the OEM. So the accelleration is improved as is the handeling by having a stiffer sidewall that deforms less. Remember living in old blighty we have things in the roads called
'curves' or 'bends'
Trust me the handeling of my car is BETTER not worse. I would have a slight loss of top end speed but as the car currently does at least 155 - 160 that is not an issue.
Agreed 19's do work out a bit bigger on rolling radius.

i think the eps and also the dc5 look better with larger wheels 16's okay but 17s i think is a lot better and 18 maybe stop there, but like i said above depending on the wheels maybe 19. 15's look too small on both cars because of how wide the wheel wells are.
****, try having those rims and driving through the cities in NJ, damn, the roads here are such killer roads, they are warped so badly its like they were made to bend aftermarket rims, i used to drive with the 18 inch wheels on my accord, hell with that, it sucks! But dont get me wrong, i loved the way the car looked, big wheels or small, they both look good, it just depends how you hood the car up.
yea, the 19's are too much. 18" is where you should stop. My GF put 18" Racing Harts on our DC5, and it looks decent. I would have been happier w/ 17's, but she likes the bling a lot more than me. 15's are definately too small for a DC5 or EP3.
ok, fine. Potholes or not, i like to own multiple sets of wheels for my car, so that i can have them be application specific, i think a large diameter wheel set is necessary for cruising etc...
then for such things as the track or other such places, you obviously need smaller wheels, personally, and this is MY OPINION, i feel as if you need more than one set of wheels.
