If you go 4 inches you'll bottom out on everything if you can even get your car that low. I'd recomend 2.5 inches at the lowest in the front for daily driving.

If buy sleeve coilovers, u might be able to lower the front 4" but not the back because of the cup...and you'll blow the shocks before u know it...
If u wanna go real low and still handle like ur on rails u should get H&R Ultra-Low kit...its pricey though..

If you got the $$$ I think you'd be happier with coilovers. I tried a couple different sping setups and was never real happy with either. And with the coilovers you'll obviously have the adjustability.

LOL They don't make airbags for a crx. But I guess I'm dumb because I went with air cylinders.

If its the stock shock bang off the cup and put it on upside down.

The Ground Controls for around $300 come pretty highly rated in my book.

Just buy any cheap coilovers if you are going to slam it 4 inches, The quality of the spring doesn't matter for a 4" drop.

Seriously, I felt every bump in my car because it was lowered 3 inches and my cd player would skip....and I got a dead raccoon caught in my front grille because it scooped it up like a snow plow

my whorish question wasnt on the whole 4" drop. I personally think thats ridiculous but you like it more power to you. im look for a good brand for road racing and autoX.

Or you could run more than one susp setup....

I have a good set (Tokico Ilumina adj with Kmac springs) .

But sometimes when i'm in a silly mood, I'll run a standard shocks with cut springs..

I'd love to get a set of H&R ultralows but I cant source them here.
