I got skunk2 on my EK and they are nice, buddy has some eibach springs and likes them on his EF, I am looking at either Ground Control custom rate for Konis, or some omnipower coilovers for my CRX

you're probably getting between 80-95 at the wheels. my friend built his A6 fresh with all new OEM parts, and got 96 at the wheels. thats your best case scenario. with a few performance parts, you'll be up around 105-110. (meaning cams, higher comp pistons, and some primitive fuel management _B&M FPR)
for suspension - ground control all the way. get the 350F and go 400R (which is twice as much as they recommend). If you plan on autocrossing your car, this will help it rotate. but maybe you should go with the off the shelf rates. no offense, but you dont strike me as the autocross type.
for shocks, go with konis if you can afford them. kyb agx will blow out in no time. they suck major ***.
