I'm just trying to get a feel for what people are running for aftermarket cams and whether they like, dislike. I have a f22a4 in a 91 ex accord. Manual, with all the bolt on goodies, no turbo. Was mainly just trying to get some ideas for what I want to buy, and what to expect from different cams.

 

With simple bolt on's you won't really gain that much. All the cams that are avalible are just re-grinds of your factory one. The only to get a really good cam would be to have one custome made from a billet blank. But that costs around $800-$1200 depending on who you get it through.

 

do a search on camshafts. This was covered a few weeks ago here with several different companies you could look into.
