spark plugs
aren't the zfr's for single cams only...the ones to run are the bkr6e-11. if you got a ls you should run the 5's. but if you got a gsr/b16a then you want to run the 6's.

you got it mixed up buddy. 5's come stock on the ls motor. so if your running a 5 then it's not a colder plug. 5's burn hotter than 6's. you can get bkr's in 5, 6, and 7 heat ranges.

Common misconception with, well, just about everything is that the more it costs the better it is. Any quality copper based plug is going to be fine unless you have a friggin' 600hp beast. Just go get some good bosch or ngk standard copper based plug. Don't let the hype get to you with all these different plugs.
I've been told the platinum plugs make the car more efficient and are made to last longer, the regular NGK's are a better conductor and make the car run slightly better but won't las as long.My advice go to NGK,i switched back to platinum and the car felt a little sluggish,i can't say for sure but in my ipionion i believe the platinums are crap unless your looking for a plug that will last a long time.
