Default Has any one seen a standard header that looks like this?????

This is the standard header that is on my new motor. The car is a UK Civic 5-door VTI-S which comes with a B18C4 and LSD as standard. I am looking to change the header to free a bit of power up.

I want to keep the standard exhaust, because I want to keep the car quite (stealth mode). By changing the header and putting a test pipe in it should still be quite and free up a bit of power.

But I do not know what header to get as no one makes one for it, do you think the JDM Integra R 4-1 will fit it?

Never seen a header like that before. Is it possible that is already a aftermarket header? Take a picture of where the header connects to the cat. SHould be able to tell from there. BTW i wish our us civics came with 1.8 and lsd standards

that is a stock header, and yes a jdm integra type r header will fit or any b-series or that matter.
you might have to play with exhaust lenghts a little

why swap one stock header for another stock header?

I'd keep it if i were you.. looks like its not providing any significant restriction worth paying out the *** for the "JDM TYPE R" overpriced header

EDIT* i just looked at pictures i have of another VTi with the same B18C4 and it also has that exact same header, so im assuming that yes,it is stock

That looks like a really nice stock piece. I don't think you could free up much if any power by going with something else. Good luck though.

Just buy ITR transmision or ITR final drive. Your stealth mode would be much better!

Friend have 1.8 VTI only red one. You have to change final drive and 1st gear bearing and something else for first gear(usualy you get it in kit when you buy ITR final drive) and I don`t know to write this thing in english.
