Default springs that wont lower my 04

well as the topic says, im looking for a set of springs that wont lower my car. I scrape enough driveways as is, and i want a good spring/shock combo that will make my 2004 LX 4dr daily driver handle better without sacrificing too much comfort. I also plan on adding swaybars to the package. i want somthing that handles about as good as a stock RSX type S. nothing crazy just more fun around town.

My first choice for springs would be eibach, but i dont think they make springs that keep the stock ride height. is there any other spring company out there that makes stiffer than stock springs without lowering the car?? I also want a high quality spring that wont sag over time and comes from a reputable manufacturer like eibach or H&R.

So if theres anything out there that meets my criterea please let me know and if there isnt let me know as well so i can stop looking. and if i cant find any springs with stiffer rates and stock ride height, im definitly going to go with the eibach prokit. so let me knows guys. thanks

I'm not sure if you can get ground controls this way or not. You might want to try getting some KYB AGX's or Koni Yellows and keep your stock springs. That might tighten things up enough for you.

If you must have stock height, have you considered coilovers adjusted to stock height?

i was considering some ground controls, but i wasnt trying to spend too much money on this, and i want to see if theres any springs out there first. but if there aernt any springs its a decision between the prokit and GC's

If you can't find a spring, you can always get GC's in custom spring rates so that it's not too stiff.

You may want to look into the H&R springs though. I am pretty sure that they offer a very mild spring that lowers the car very slightly. I know that you are not looking for lower, but you may have to go ever so slightly lower if you prefer an aftermarket spring......

H&R makes an "oem" spring. It lowers your car about .75 of an inch and raises the spring rate about 10%

H&R OE sports and Neuspeed Sof Sports. They both lower about 3/4'' which is barely noticable. I have Sof Sports and they ride smooth as stock on small and medium bumps. Awesome and just what your looking for if you want stock like height with handling for the street. I was looking for a spring setup just like you are and Im satisfied. Only thing with the OE style and Sof Sports you have to install them like stock springs so you need spring compressor to install teh spring on the strut. Not hard just takes a lil longer than regular lowering springs

I'm on these with KYB's and they're great. About a 1.5" drop, and can handle an autox course pretty well. I may upgrade to GC in the future, but these have been awesome so far, and I do most of my driving in the NYC and Boston areas, so they've seen some pretty ishy roads.
