Well, the Peon probably isnt going to sell for what I need to not lose my ***. And I need a way to haul argon. Just wondering if anyone has made a mini-trailer for any purpose what-so-ever
I should have pics of mine up soon, if I can break away from the manifolds for a few hours.

At the risk of not saying "make it from scratch," I'd say get a Home Depot trailer and weld a rack to it. The question is whether to have the tanks stand up or lay down. Vertical is probably safer in an impact but it would raise the CG so high it might be tricky towing it.
Of course if you're working on product all day, don't local gas suppliers offer delivery? Don't know the cost though...

So those of you w/o a truck/trailer, how have you been transporting your tank? I haven't bought any gas yet but I can use a van, I'll have to make something to hold it up though. I'm affraid they won't sell it to me depending on my tie-down method.
I think your actually not supposed to transport it inside a closed vehicle. I throw 'em right in my hatch though and the industrial supply place never says anything.

Yeah there's how you're supposed to do it and how it's often done. Vertical is the right way, but when you show up in your CRX, well, you make due. I don't think anyone minds if you're going straight home with one tank layed down, I think the rule is enforced much more if you pick up, oh, 20 tanks. Don't think they'll let you lay them loose in the back of a pick up.
You'd also never want to leave a full tank inside your inclosed (hot) car all day. Saw a picture of what can happen there... instant car bomb, suicide driver not required...
