Default I need tunning advice for B20/vtec

97 hatch

00 b16a2 head------stock internals
00 B16a2 tranny
00 b20z2 block -----stock internals
99 CTR cams
Walbro 255
RC 310 cc injectors
AEM--cam gears, fuel rail, fpr, intake
ACT--8 lb flywheel, 6 puck, PP
Dc Sports 4-1

Running a OBD2a P72 right now. Vtec @ 4500 and Redline @ 8200.

I have a 95 (USDM) OBD1 P72 that I would like to get chipped with a S100 chip. But Ive been reading about other people having there ECU chipped and using a Vafc. Which would you prefer.

Chip ecu---$100
Vafc-------$180
Tunning ---$300 maybe

chip ecu ---$100
S100-------$235
Tunning----$300 maybe

I can get tunning local. Please explain why you would go the way you choose.

go with the hondata i went with the s200 i love it it runs like no other i had a chiped ecu before and it got stolen so i just went ahead and upgraded to the hondata system its like no other i have power all the way up runs smooth idols perfect its great with chips not tuned for your exact setup your going to run to rich and the settings hondata have are unmatchable unless you go true stand-alone hondata will be one of the best things you have ever done trust me

hey man just a warning....ctr cams tend not to meet piston and valve OEM clearances with the b16 head valves
Most people I know have had to machine shave the piston valve inlets or just get different pistons....might wanna check up on it.

What would be a Great set of Pistons for lets say...11:5:1 84mm bore?

And I sold my P72 and got a P28 for the hondata.
