Default wiil this fit

a 2001 ex head
a 92 ls throttle body
a d16y8 intake manifold
a 92-95 d16z vtec harness
a p 28 ecu
on a d15b2 also what distrubter and timing belt would fit

An 01 head or a 2000 head? I'm assuming you mean a Y8 head, if so you will need to use the Y8 timing belt and head gasket. If you plan on using the P28 ecu (assuming this is going into an EF), then the easiest route would be to use the existing harness that is in the car and do the necessary modifications to the stock harness (MPFI, etc.) Don't use the 92-95 harness, just use an OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness. Also, don't forget to pull the oil control jet out of the D15B2 block. It's located between number 2 & 3 cylinders on the back side of the engine.
