Default Rebuild time!

I'm planning to rebuild my stock D16A6 bottom end and need some advice on what needs to be replaced. I've got a bottom end of unknown mileage and I figure it's smarter to go ahead and do some things before I get it in the car and have troubles. I'm planning to replace the rings and check rod/ main bearing clearances and replace as needed. What gaskets should I order? Do the thrust washers need to be replaced? I'm also going to do the clutch while I'm there with new pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing. Any other suggestions? TIA!

Any gasket that is pulled off, replace it with a new one.

Thing is I'm doing it this weekend so I'd like to have everything I need before I pull it apart. Suggestions?
