What is the name of that plastic shield that sits inside of the wheel well?

I seem to have shredded mine to pieces...

It's called a fender liner or inner fender liner.

The lining itself isnt that bad even from the dealer, but its those damn little clips that rape you in the end. I think they have the same type of clips in the hardware section of lowes

 

No kidding man. They changed the design and in doing so up'd the price. For a dozen of them it's pretty damn ridiculous. Luckily I get parts wholesale from my local dealer.
