is it possible to find a 1995+ gsr for sale? for under 4k
I've seen GSR's go for as low as $3000, but it's not often they do, and when they do they sell fast. If you don't have the time to sit around and wait for a cheap GSR to make itself available, then an LS may be your only option.
w/ 4k you could find a Gsr w/ a salvaged title, a car w/ wreck or or damage for 4k.
But I think i'd go w/ an LS to start w/ then you could do an LS/VTEC or turbo or supercharge it. Many options to do.
Good luck

its rare but possible, you'd have to jump on it quick!! and not to mention the condition it might be in! its already going on 10 years old and at such a low price make sure to get it inspected!

considering you can sell the engine alone for 3k i dont see why anyone would sell a running gsr no matter in what condition for 4k
ive been searching for one in los angeles and about half of them are salvage titles, most due to theft-recoveries. And even so, all are asking 5K plus. Im still looking for a gsr, so if anyone knows of one for sale, plz let me know.

Yes its possible, like it was said before with a lot of miles. But to some people thats not an issue. If I were you instead of jumping at the first one you find, I'd just wait for a good deal to come up. It'll be worth the wait...

i picked up my 95 gsr for $5600 with 147,000 miles on it. completely stock and pretty much in mint condition with leather - hard to come by in the midwest here. drives perfect with plenty of power so i know it hasn't been driven hard. i'm very satisified with it.
what year gsr's have air bags in them, cuz only way my dad says i can get a project car is if its got an airbag.......

thanks for the help. low price makes it a little fishy, but ill jump on it as soon as i can.
