1/4 mile time question

i have 92 teg with a b16a jdm engine and a full exhust header back no cat with 2 1/2 in pipes aem short ram intake msd wires what do u think i will run

can u drive?? if ur like most morons the answer would be no and ill give u a 16.4 at best. however if u can shift and not miss gears then id sau mid 15's
