basically i have a breather filter to the top of my b16a2 head and was told that these are a bad idea in the long run and was told that i need to run a oil catch tank for the long term.

so ive brought one but do not have a clue on how to fit it,do i leave my breather filter on? any help would be much aprreciated, pics would be even better.
