Default I swap radiator in my civic now i get a cel code 43

My old radiator was almost gone so i bought a dual core and install it.

The install went ok but one of the clamp broke during the night and in the morning i took my car and ran for 5 min i saw the temp gauge almost near the red marker.

Before i stop the car CEL code appear so i stop the car and see a big leak from the bottom hose. Check the code: 43. Cel 43 is for Fuel supply system.

Usually when i get a code my car goes into limp mode but this one doesnt affect driving... WEIRD!

So i buy a new clamp, check to see if there is no leak refill the radiator but still have that 43 code... now it light up in 5th gear... anybody can help me?

Did you reset the ecu? It's probably still in the ecu's memory. Reset it and verify to see if it comes back on or not.
