Skunk stage 2 cams
Is anyone running these cams on their daily driver and if so please give me some feed back on how they are!!!! Skunk 2 has this to stay about the cams:
Stage II: Stage II profiles are more aggressive than Stage I profiles, and are designed for modified engines operating at higher rev ranges. Upgrading to Skunk2 Racing valvetrain components is required for proper operation. Stock idle and emission characteristics may be slightly compromised, but fair-to-good driveability allows them to still be used on dual-purpose vehicles. Proper tuning, an upgraded intake system, and an exhaust system are required in order to maximize the potential of these camshafts. Do not use oversized valves.

Running the stage 2s with JG valves, dual valvesprings and titanium retainers on my built b18c1. Runs strong and idles like stock. Great midrange and top end power.
Tuned only with vafc, you don't really need hondata if your're on a budget but you definitely need hondata and high compression if you wanna maximize the cams.

im running these in my ls/vtec with ib valvetrain, type r lma's, hondata s100, ctr pistons, car runs great, idles a little low and somewhat rough but its worth it for the top end power, as soon as 5800 rpm comes in the cams take over.........
