hey i was wondering what the weight of your integ is. please list model, year, and what you took out.
my 97' gsr integ weighed in at 2350 pounds
at CMI
i took out:
my whole interior (all carpeting, rear seats, and most of the tar inside the car)
stock muffler
stock airbox
missin 1 high beam
everything else is still on there... like stock rims, bumper supports, airbags, etc.
my goal is to see if can weigh in at 2000 if that is possible for an integ.

95 GSR
weighs 2,440lbs
removed p/s, cruise, a/c, rear wiper assembly, spare, tire jack, not sure what it weighs exactly right now....because i haven't weighed it since i've switched from all motor to turbo.
That was with full leather interior, all carpets, and a shitload of all motor mods.
I don't really want to gut it anymore. Like stated above, its a teg...If I wanted a light car I would have bought a civic/crx, etc. I like the look of my teg and I don't want it to look like a shitbox with a stripped interior. Its still a really nice car in my eyes, I don't want to deminish that for a 50lbs or so. Not worth it in my mind. I'd rather just bump up the boost if I want more power

How the hell did you get rid of 300 lbs? I thought GSR's were about 2640 stock?
I am sure mine still weighs about 2600
Things That I Did:
Spare delete
12 lb rims
Things added:
2 40lb boxes
15lb amp

i used the heat gun method... worst idea ever. i overheated all the tar and it got all sticky and the clean up was a pain. i had to use gasoline to remove the left over tar... my car smelled like gasoline for almost a week. if i could do it all over again i wouldve done the dry ice method. team-integra.net has a write up on how to do this.

94 gs-r. A bulky 2680 without my speaker box in it. I would imagine all of the extra weight was because my car is dynamatted. Now add my 60lb speaker box and my 280lb *** and my car is well over 3000lbs. Oh well its a pig and I should put it and me on a diet.
