well, i had a coil blow out on me and melt some of the wires inside and going out of the distro, so some of the wires were grounding out on eachother and i was getting the 20

Actually I haven't done anything to my cam timing or my timing belt. I believe I do have a shot distributor. I mean, I think its because I was racing my stock non-vtec d16 ef-9 against a tweeked eg-6 vtec. But I didn't destroy my distributor from that race, but its partially why the screw for the rotor came off and flew around inside my distributor

I am having this code also but i did jsut get my timing belt changed. Does it have anything to do with it?

The ELD is part of the the underhood Fuse panel and is not available separately AFAIK. The cylinder sensor will be located in one of several places depending on the engine, but generally in the Distributor.
