Default Estimate on Front End Repair

I crashed my car into a grass bank and fucked up the left front-end of my car. Raditor got pushed back, thats the only damage done to the engine bay. Left head light is destroyed, front bumper cracked and fell off, all the metal behind the bumper is pretty much destroyed, the hood has minor damage and the left front strut seem to be bent. Anyone have any idea on how much the repairs will be?

Also when I drove the car home there was a "tick-tick" type rattle, it also does it when i turn off the car.

Since you didn't say the year of your car I am going to assume 1995 Si. Well I hope you either had insurance (im assuming you don't) or you have been saving for a rainy day. Without seeing the car I can only estimate it will be between $1500 to $3000 depending on how good a deal you can get and how well you want it fixed.

if i were you i would look at getting aftermarket parts (carbon hood, fenders ect) that way you will atleast have gained something out of it.

the tick-tick noise could be that you cracked your header.

It's impossible to come up with a price quote without actually seeing the damage.

frame straightening
driver's side bulkhead
front subframe
radiator support
hood
bumper
fender
headlights & turn signals
cruise control unit
washer fluid bottle

I'd say $5000 easy

I went ot the local shop and they want about 4k for new parts and 2k for labor, a complete rip IMO. They want 331$ for each headlight! that amazes me. Anyway im gonna be getting mostly aftermarket parts like fastfu said an do most of the work on my own. Ill have pics up soon for everyone to see.

For those 2 guys selling their headlights, are they 5th gen and how much?

I know your post is way past but I sick, depressed and STRESSED OUT! After recking my 1998 Honda Prelude HA22 5 speed today😭. I am okay and "didn't hit anyone", but swerved to miss hitting a car that jumped in front of me (that kept right on their marry way) while going off an exit. I over compensated and hit a concert median. Damaging the very front left fender and all the Front end of my car. Bumper gone, left head light (only) gone and the Hood slightly involved. "No round the body damage" like right or left doors damaged or rear lights so happy of that but I am sure the radiator busted as water was on the ground.
So I guess I was just looking for hope in that how much did you end up dishing out?😬 Can I see your finished product, if you fixed your car?
Thanks,
BooHoo Lisa In Stafford Virginia😭😭😭😭
