Default drivetrain shudder????

So you have checked the balance of the wheels? If it just happened when you changed your axles it could be a bad inner joint.

all the joints are good........i just replaced the tie rod ends recently....and it had done this to some extent since i bought it last june. i have been told two possibilities.......bad notor/trans mount( have been told tranny mount more than once) and possibly balance shaft belt failure.....but that doesnt sound right. it is only between 55-65 or so on throttle....it pretty much fades away off throttle.....no other vibrations at any other speed or rpm range.....actually now that i think of it, it seens mostly in 5th gear at that speed

thanks

I had a terrible vibrating problem at > 60mph on an old car I bought recently. It went away after balancing the tires. The vibration was pretty impressive, I was surprised it could be caused by something trivial like balance.
