cant find the law on this specifically any where, not the the arbs site, not on smogcheck.ca.gov, not on the dmvs site, and no where in the vehicle code

the only thing i can find, is that all hi flow cats on 96+ vehicles are illegal. well guess what. I GOT A MOFOIN 87 **** BITCH ****. im getting pissed.

the laws are so ridiculous here and unclear. i want to just pick up a cat co and bolt it on, but i got no ******* clue if its gonna be legal or not. this is really driving me crazy.
