Long history short I need a cat for my 96 civic sedan 4door it complies with California emotions,I found a doorman on a very good price that's doesn't comply w California emotions,the guy told me it should pass the state inspection because here in MA they are less restricted the CA. Anyways ,is it true? I'm at the shop so I need some insight ASAP.Thanks guys

if you don't live in California you can use a 49 state legal cat .

Is that a fact? Because I just paid $150 to have it replaced the part itself cost $229 ,they cleared the engine light that was on, now I have to drive it around to find out if it comes back on,it was coming back on after 30 miles ,so we'll see,if it don't come on next step is to have the car inspected if it passes I will be Damnnnnnn happy,and glad....

well they call them 49 state legal so should be last time i checked you guys still only had 50
