I talked to this guy at the bank I go to who has a dumpd civic. I asked him how he doesnt rub, and he said all he did was take out the plastic splash gaurds inside the fender well. No fender rolling. Now im confused...
Is fender rolling required when the incorrect offset is chosen for the wheel? His ride is a 2000si, mines 96ls, both 16in rotas.

to answer your first question, fender rolling actually consist of rolling the fender well lip. that's one of the causes of rubbing from rims. the other cause for rubbing is improper wheel offset. most hondas/acura work well with 40-38 offset. anything bigger will cause it to rub or stick out like the 80's version of lowriders.
