Default Ecu Code 1. Engine Light on after a few minutes of driving

Hey,
Just wondering if it is ok to drive while the engine light is on with the ECU code blinking once.

how can i fix it and find out if its the o2 sensor
where exactly is the o2 sensor
and is this a common problem with d16a8's
what could be wrong with my engine
and hwo much would it cost to fix

Hook a voltmeter up to the o2 signal. Then monitor the voltage it should go from .2-.8v within 300ms i think. Basically it has to oscillate quickly back and forth. If you can't get a good voltage reading then just repalce the o2 sensor. Make sure the wire isn't open from the engine connecter and the ecm connector and all terminals are clean and not damaged. (Don't quote me on the voltages and time just understand the general behavoir)

yes the code blinks once every 2-3 seconds
ok
i checked the volt that is from the sensor and it seems to be 0.4-0.6 v as i rev it a bit..

so its fine right?
