Tokico HP?

Are the rear shocks side specific? Like rear right and rear left or are they the same. I know the front are side specific but what about the rear?

front no, rear no...i got some Tokico HP's it fits 92-00 Civic's well the front does, but rear only fits 96-00 Civic's... but there isn't really like which one to put front left or what not..
