USDM or JDM EX intake manifold?

USDM or JDM EX intake manifold?
Is this a USDM Civic EX intake or JDM, will it work without the IAC valve or can I use my exsisting one from my HX?

if it was usdm, it would have the hole for the iac. you will need this to run your car right, unless you find a way to by pass it which i have heard of people doing.
