O.K. I have been more than understanding, but we are coming up on 10 months since you received my head, Brad. Taken from UPS tracking:

I expressed the desire to have the head back by 5/22/03, and it seemed as though you agreed to have it ready by that time. After my post on 8/12/2003 ( https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=957214 )
we spoke and you said that you thought that I was not in a hurry. Whatever, I will give you the benefit of the doubt on that one. I told you at that time that I wanted the head ASAP. You promised to have it done for me soon. I have spoken to you a couple of times in the interim, and it's always "I will get it done this weekend, you will have it next week". Now you are not returning my calls or answering my IM's. Seven weeks have passed since my post making it clear that I wanted the head back. You are always polite on the phone, but politeness no longer makes up for broken promises.
I want to make it clear-this is not a case of me not communicating my desire to have my head back. I want my head back NOW!. Please ! If you were within driving distance I would come pick my head up, ready or not. Or send me $350 so I can go purchase another head and take it to a shop that will have the head done when they promise.
The purpose of this post is also to warn H-T members that Brad can not be counted on to deliver when promised. He may be a great guy and an awesome head porter, but I can't vouch for that because I have never seen my head

I can pick it up tomorrow when I head down to the shop! Brad has assured me that he is getting all the work done as quickly as possible. Iknow he has dwindled his work load down and he isprolly at the shop still right now!
Edit:I called, he is at the shop WORKING on heads NOW! When I talked to him he was talking a short break only then back to work!
