Default rinsed engine with water, now hesitate to start....

98 accord EX v6
i rinsed off engine with water last week
now it is hesitating when i start the car. I just replace all sparklugs and still.
please help me if you know what is going on with my car. thanks

If you spray water on your engine then it's most likely your electrical components will stop working. Check your distributor. Spark plugs are no prob cos they won't come in contact with the water. It's the electrical stuff within the engine bay that you need to worry about.

Dude, why did you do it in the first place??!??

My guess would be that something got wet, and then a connection corroded.

i checked all the sensors and they are all dry.

i just bought the car and the engine bay so dirty, so i rinsed them off with water.

any other idea?

I would try removing the distributor cap and spraying the inside of the rotor and cap with WD40 (not some other oil -- WD stands for 'water displacing' or similar for a good reason).
