Default Car jerking, need help SERIOUSLY...:)

When cold my car stutters like mad cows, literally it will jump jump jump until it's warm, like it's just cutting out randomly, but it's not just a slow cut out, it's more like a quick jerk, like almost stalling out jerk...and I just don't get it, I can't figure out what it is. Only thing I could think of is there is a fuel delivery problem, but that does not explain why it would happen when cold...if it was fuel it would do it all the time would it not? I'm completely lost on this one.

mine does it when it's been heated up sometimes, like every other time i drive it (aka very serious and problematic issue). It studders like a bitch.. i want a camera, if i were to film inside my car you guys would be like "it sounds like you're stomping and releasing the gas really quick.. stop it" - but its how it does it... it's annoying as ****!

Here's the thing. First I thought it was the IACV, because it does bounce at idle when warm, but not when cold. Then I thought, hell replace it. Well the ECU was throwing code 14, IACV, I replaced it...ECU still throwing Code 14...and 12...EGR, I've replaced both. But it didn't do this before. THen all of the sudden it started jerking like mad when it was cold...so I'm thinking it's either the ECU not getting the right air/fuel, or I just have fuel delivery problems...I want to check the ECU, but have no back up, so I was thinking myabe my old P14 would work to find out if my P13 is bad?

Also, reset the ECU after replacing faulty parts. Pull the neg cable on the battery for about 2 mins, then reconnect and check codes again.

Goin with shakes on this one.
Bad Fast Idle Thermo Valve will cause erratic idle during engine warm up.

To thes the FITV, pull the intake arm off. Inside the throttle body, you will notice a little hole. If there is airflow, the FITV is good. If there is no airflow, it needs to be replaced.
