Please critique MY plugs..
I just did a spirited run on the street b4 i pulled my plugs.. I did notice that when I initially took off, there was a small cloud of black smoke in the rear view mirror..
My setup:
Plugs : bcpr73s 11's gapped to about .028
84mm built gsr and sleeved
sc61 @ 14 psi dailly, but rarely
hondata tuned to 14 psi..
here's the pics:

I know i took a lot of pics, but the more the better for analysis.
Let me know what ya think.. I may be considering switching to series 8 plugs ..

Do you have a wideband?
They look a hair on the white side - maybe a little to hot. You're looking for a rich-tanish brown color ideally. You may have a lean spot in your map.

how did u pull the plugs?
did you shut down the engine right after the pull? if u didn't, then the plugs wont be telling the correct story. it has to be shut down imediately after the pull.
i believe i see white specs in a couple of the plugs
am i seeing stuff?

I pulled them say, about 4 mins after the pull when i got to my driveway..
Are you talkin about on the carbon deposits?? or on the threads?? I used some antiseize on the treads so that stuff on the end of the treads is just antiseize gunk..

u mean on the electrode? or the threads?? as for the milage, they ahve about 5-6K i would say.. they're the 1st plugs since the block was built..
I"m considering replacing them w/ some 8's now...

4 minutes is way too long to determine what you're actually running in there. The best way to check your plugs is to do a WOT run and shut it off ASAP. That'll leave the plugs in the exact condition when you're @ WOT. (I wouldn't suggest doing it in the streets though
)
If they were a little tanner, I'd be happy.
