Fuel Pump Relay...
Funny you mention this, I just replaced the fuel pump relay on my '93 Volvo 945T literally an hour or so ago. The part by itself cost $43 after tax.
On that car, and I know that this is of absolutely no use (or interest) to you since it is a Volvo and you are asking about a Honda, you have to remove the ashtray, then a storage bin above the ashtray. The fuses and relays are behind them.
Do you have a Haynes manual or a Chiltons manual for your car? If so, the information will be in there. I'd like to help you out, but my Honda is a '99. And to be honest, even if you were asking about a '99 I still couldn't help you since I've never looked for the relays on that car, and I don't have my Haynes manual here with me.

Honda calls it a 'main relay' & they traditionally put it above the driver's kick panel. Sorta like a foot above the hood-release lever. But I don't own a '93 & there were probably exceptions to this...
