Default NEED HELP m2a4 tranny

i have this tranny but dont know much about it. I am wondering what car this tranny was designed for? does it have LSD? (i can not see through the tranny there is a bar in the middle) Please people help.

thanks britishlude (below) but i was hoping to get more specific information. Like does that bar i can see mean anything? I heard it does but im not sure what.

Your tranny is a convenional open diff tranny. It's a good tranny, just nothing special. I have the same one as you.

4thgen Preludes have a nice gear ratio'ed tranny. Beteer than the 5th Gen H22 trannies.

If I were to rank trannies from best to not so best, it would be in this order; Accord R LSD tranny, JDM H22 M2B4 (LSD), JDM M2A4(Open diff), 5th Gen H22 tranny.

I believe the m2a4 was also in usdm 4th gen vtec's as well
