I have a DA, Well the problem is that whenever I start riding it starts to miss fire alot, and when I was driving on the highway I was going like about 60 right then I stop accelarating, so I had to down shift then up shift to get it to accell again. I got a fuel regulator, then I got the MSD cap w/ coil and then i got new wires and I'm still running crappy. I looked at my spark plugs and Oxy sensor and they were total black. What do you guys think could be wrong?

Hmm...sounds kinda like a distributor problem. Try borrowing someone elses distributor for a second and see if that fixes it, but remember, 90-91 and 92-93 distributors are different.

 

if you didn't replace the ignitor(spelling) then i would check that first. Mine just died while i was driving and it was either the coil or the ignitor, i replaced both since my car has 130,xxx miles on it. It worked fine after i did that.
Thats my advise take it or leave it.
In the helms manual it says how to test them i think.

 

Fixed it...I'm a dumb **** the fuel pressure was way to high at like 50 psi. I didn't know you had to adjust it when the hose is off.

 

running too rich man...ur fouling out the plugs which is causing the misfire...
