O2 Sensor
Hey this question is for my friends 95 accord 4dr lx. He has had problems with the connection of his o2 sensor. He wants to know if anyone has a pic of how the wire leadds to the ecu. thanks!
he wants to replace just a o2 sensor??? or is he replacing the whole wiring from o2 to ecu??? i dont know the pinouts, but i know the wires run from the exhaustmanifold/under the dizzycap/into firewall (i think im missing one more place) too early to think
im on my lunch break so i didnt have time to look at it in detail...if its wrong ill correct it when im home after work, but here are some ecu pinouts:
well i found something different

On 94 Accord the O2 sensor output is white/red and input wire to O2 senosr is Grn/Blu. Wires lead from the first 4-pin connector to a large 14 pin connector on the pax side shock tower. I use this point to monitor O2 output by backprobing the connector w/ small wire.
If he's trying to wire a old O2 sensor connector to a new "universal" O2 sensor, the input and out put leads of the O2 sensor must be matched correctly to the old sensor or it won't work. I used a Chrysler 4-wire sensor that I had saved in my 90 Accord EX by rewiring and it's still running some 8 yrs now.
good luck
