Gonna Be Back and Better Then Ezra!
Guess who's back bitches........................................... ...........................
Well, the caR did not sell as a rolling chasis the way that I wanted it to. To many lowballers
. So I decided to rebuild the motor and keep the car (for now).
Motor Specs.
ITR head rebuilt by Dave @ HeadGames Motorworks in NJ. It has Protflow bronze valve guides, OEM seals, JUN TypeIII's, titanium retainers, valve springs and camgears. He ported and polished it, gave it a 3 angle valve job and port matched it.
Real Time Racing (RTR) ITR block bored approximately .30 over with balanced and micro polished OEM crank, balanced and shoot pined OEM rods w/ARP rod bolts, all by Schmidtt Automotive in Indinapolis. (Side bar: this crank guy is one of the top crank specialists in the country, he works on many NASCAR engines). I am using custom JE forged 11.7:1 - 81.75mm pistons and rings. I am also using AEBS main studs and a Cometic MLS head gasket. Although I am not sure of the thickness if it yet.
Dave is also going to be assembling the bottom end and blueprinting the entire motor. I don't have any pics yet but I will post them as soon as I get the motor back. I will still be running a Hondata w/datalogging and a P72 ecu. And the rest is all history.

yeah, by all means. its good for a daily driver. but my opinion is that if you have another daily driver and this is a fun car/weekend warrior, why not go big and make buku power. i mean JunIIIs, they are just begging for some compression.
But i am not telling him to go do what I want to HIS motor. nor did i mean to sound like i was being an *** about his setup. i'm looking foward to seeing what it puts down.
