So im turbo charging my 91 integra and i got the dsm injectors everything fits but the o ring will not let the injector go in we tried all the local shops. To find a smaller o ring but couldnt find one. So now were trying to cut the o ring But besides boring it out does anyone else have a idea.?

 

The lower rubber grommet??? or the upper o-ring????

If the lower grommet is the issue, the honda rubber grommet ID can be bored out to fit the DSM injector in it.

 

i bored mine out. was easy. fit real good. i couldnt find a better option.

 

bored mine as well. picked up a dremel and bought a lil pillbox of the heavy duty cutoff wheels, stuck the grommet in the cap to that, bored it out, threw the injectors in. worked quick and easy once i got in there and just did it.

Yes just bore it out until it fits in.
