crx dx what to do
i saved about 4200 $$ k , i dont kno what to do , so many ways to do it, turbo b16 dohc vtec ,non turbo b18 vtec , do a mini me swap deal just want to c what u smart people think is the better way to go to get a 13 sec car
it depends...is this your race car, or daily driver. to you like interior, or do you want to gut. a little more info on how you would like the car to drive and we can help you out
id like this car to be a daly driver that i still could run at the strip and have fun in
i dont really mind how the interior looks as long as it has both seats
and some subs and stuff like that so i dont want to strip it down for daily driving but i will remove my subs and my seat and all the crap in the back 4 when i am playen around i want this car to last like 3 years till i get out of collage and i have enough money 4 a nice new 4wd car so what do u think would b best i wouldnt mind putting in up to 10 000 but thats over the 3 years not now what should i do now

good set up if you want all motor, lots of places you can build power. a little expensive if you wanna turbo one tho. ls blocks are cheap, have low compression and long gears are good for turbo set ups. you should run 13s with a ls turbo no doubt

Here's what you do! buy a b16 motor ($600-$1000) get a 94 LS bottom end with trany!($400) buy a hasport Eb2 change over mount kit($500) Hydrolick Clutch!($400) Take the head off the b16 and use the rest of the motor parts to complete the motor .purchase 12:1 compression forged flat tops racing pistons($700 complete set including rings or surf the web and get it for($400) purchase a TODA spec B cam!($1100-or $1500 if you want the timing belt with it!)

your total cost 600+400+500+400+700+1100=$3700
oh yeah! machean work for the block maybe $500!
p.s if you want to get tricky you bore the block to a 2.0 liter and run the flat tops at 84millimeter!!!

yea so just get a ls vtec and it should b good and a turbo and im sure stock rims wont cut it too small tires rite and what size rims would look good but still have traction at the track
