A/C broken, please help.
My A/C has stopped blowing out cold air. The fan comes on still. The day before this happened it was working fine and then the next day i got in my car and no cold air. There is freon in the system and i'm pretty sure that there isn't a leak because i have had a leak before the coldness usually fades.
Does anybody know of a fuse that i could check. I looked under the steering wheel at the fuses there and could not find one for the A/C.
If anybody can help it would be very helpful because I am poor and i dont have money to get it fixed professionally.
Its for a 97 ls.

does the compressor wheel turn? or does it just freewheel? are you 100% sure you're not low on refrigerant?
the radiator fan and the compressor fan both work. I am positive that the refrigerant is full, i used a guage on it yesterday and it was fine.
Does anybody know anything else it could be?

do this...
Turn the a/c on for awhile with the car idleing...
after several good minutes, feel the upper a/c line... Is it ice cold? sweating with water?
If its cold, then your freon is working properly.. then check the heater valve down on the heater hose. Hondas are known for the valves to have slack in them due to a bad valve, or a stretched heater control cable.
if you can still turn the cable, with it all the way cold, it may be bad... example, if its sticking open, its blending hot air, with the cool air, and when it comes out the vents, it feels like the a/c is not working properly
