Default Latest progress: 954RR ITBs (Dial up....Um?)

Well, this project has taken a long time and now that I have taken care of a lot of things this summer I was able to tackle this head on. Here is the latest.
After the powder coating place f(*^(*^ up my last manifold, I just built this one. The only thing left to do is get it welded and touch up a few areas around the flange.
Although its only on the "fitting head," (purchased from blbvtec) I wanted some of you to see the progress.

Here is the link of when this ordeal started. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=858761

Enjoy.

Here are some photos from along time ago when this project first started.

Here are the recent developments.

id hate to see your itb's welded allready. you should of bought a flange from me. check sign. you need at least a 10 degree angle for good throttle response and more top end. have you seen todas twm or jenvey's. they go 10-15 degree angle. also your injector placement should be where the 954's are not where stock is. so before you make a mistake check my sign, then im me for info. also what is your total length of the itbs?

Thanks for turning my thread into an advertisement. You should've Pm'ed me with that response. I do appreciate your interest, however, I wanted to keep the injectors at the stock location so fuel wouldn't build up in the couplinks. This was a decision that wouldn't be comprimised on, so I like the injectors where they are. Also, the angle of the itbs, I feel will yeild a better flow of air because of the trajectory of the air entering the head. If it was on an angle then it would slam into the bottom of the port and the opening. I feel that this will reduce turbulence inside of the port, generating a higher velocity pulse of air.

And I do plan on trying different length runners on different manifolds, so I might use one of yours if they had injector boses. Let me know if you come up with one.

And the lenght is exactly 8 inches. And if you notice that most manifold's, runners will level out to a 0 degree angle, right before they hit the head. This photo was taken from Jenvey's website.

yeah but they shoot right up at 15 degrees yours look like 5 degrees. anyways they look good sorry for jacking the thread . i'll take it off if you want. also for total length try @ 9 inches. for turbulance ive been sand blasting the inside and filing little swills very fine ones, right after the injector and where the port mounts to the head
