Toronto ITR meet, Sun Oct 3rd, C7 Fall Colours Tour cruise

reply or IM me if you're interested in attending.

Please bring a FRS radio if you have one. I have a spare if someone needs to borrow.

Meet location is pending, but is likely to be in the west end like last year.
go to http://www.c7performance.com for more information

I had a blast last year. Over 200+ cars were out on the cruise, there were 5 ITRs last year from our group, the weather looking good for this Sunday. Lets have a good turn out this year.

See you there!

* this post will be edited with more information.

================================================== ===

The plan:

HERE ARE SOME ITEMS LIKE TO STRESS

0. SIGN UP FOR THE CRUISE
http://www.dhwebdesign.ca/c7p/...1.asp
1. Please sign and print the waiver on located on page 19 http://www.c7performance.com/m...k.pdf
2. Bring $1.00 (a looney preferably) to cover cost C7 and Hockely Valley have agreed upon.
3. Have enough gas in the car and and money to cover the trip, it's approximately a 200km cruise.
4. Bring an FRS radio. The channel and backup channel will be determined on site.

OUR MEET LOCATION:
8:00am at The Grande at Orion Gate (Cineplex Odeon) which is located at Hwy 410 and Steeles Ave.

20 Biscayne Cres.
Brampton, ON

We will then caravan over together to the Bramalea GO Station.

GENERAL DETAILS

Date: Sunday October 3rd 2004
Starting point: Bramalea GO Station
Start Time: 9:00AM
Final Destination: Hockley Valley General Store

MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS

THIS IS NOT A RACE, your actions have consequences. This is a large event, so expect police.

DON'T FOLLOW SO CLOSELY, you and I don't want to pay for each others cars because you were looking at those pretty fall colours and didn't pay attention to the white ITR in front of you.

GET ENOUGH REST AND ENOUGH TO EAT BEFORE START, don't come to the cruise with 1hr of sleep, this is a long day of driving, and some people not accustomed to driving for long periods get tired quickly, bring water, snacks, and CDs to entertain you.

TRY TO BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS, don't cut people off, everyone trying to get to the same place, if you don't make it through a light, or get lost along the way. All us guys will try to wait up for you. This is why FRS radios are a must. Try us on the channel first, if the event that doesn't work. We'll have cell number for emergency contact.

LETS HAVE SOME GOOD TIMES, not many chances are there to have a inter-club meet. This thing was huge last year, it sounds like it's going to be bigger this year. Have a good positive outlook on the day we're out there to chill and see the pretty fall colours and just be amongst a bunch of car enthusiasts. What better way to spend a Sunday.

If you think I had not covered any particular points that you feel must be stressed. Please feel free to IM me and I will add it to this post.

Thank-you will see you guys there.

If you guys get a chance, drop by Ontario Place down on Lakeshore Ave., where the Solo 1/Solo 2 Top Gun Shoot-Out event is being held on Sunday. Big parking lot, plenty of fast cars, and a shoot-out at the end of the day between the fastest qualifiers in loaner cars provided by Dream Car Garage/Sports Car Revolution! Wish I knew what cars they're providing, but I'd guess it'll be their Mugenized RSX Type S and probably a few others.

metal-x, helmets are optional for this cruise.

Dc2fanboy, you coming to this? It's the last big event of the season. I don't plan to call any more bubble tea meet and greets this year.

Maxi, yeah I was thinking of participating in that. Have fun there. I'm sure you'll have good times at the Solo Shootout.

I'll be there.

I think Dennis was referring to another helmet, but I'm not sure.
